  • We do not offer refunds on used or opened perfumes due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Items purchased on sale or during promotions are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

2. Refund Process

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
