All orders are processed within 2-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).  

  • Orders placed after 24 hour will be processed on the next business day.  
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.
  • During peak seasons or special promotions, shipping times may be extended.

  • You can track your order on our website or through the courier's website. 

4. Shipping Restrictions 

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. 
  •  During peak seasons or special promotions, shipping times may be extended

5. Delays & Lost Packages

  • ZarauraEssence is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, courier issues, or customs processing. 
  • If your package is lost or delayed beyond the expected delivery time, please contact us, and we will assist you. 

6. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. 
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
